5) Have Sex Multiple Times

If you are young enough, you can probably have another erection after your premature ejaculation. The second time you have sex you are usually less stimulated and can therefore last longer in bed.

6) The Start And Stop Technique

This is a better known technique that has helped many men including myself. It actually leads to better control of your ejaculation and later on leads to control of premature ejaculation.

To do this technique, start by masturbating. If you are with your partner, she could also stimulate you with her hand (which may be even better since it's closer in experience to having sex with your partner). Let it start slowly and when you are about to reach your climax and you feel like ejaculating, signal her to stop. The feeling of excitement will slowly wear down and when you feel like back to normal, give her the go ahead to start it all over again and stop once you feel like you are about to ejaculate. After 3 or 4 times, allow yourself to ejaculate. This should be done several times a week. Eventually, by bringing yourself close to ejaculation but stopping, you should be able to delay your ejaculation. Later on, you can also include intercourse in your training. Instead of hand-stimulation, you can have sex with your partner, but stop when you are about to climax, wait until the feeling subsides, and then engage in intercourse again.
